For Bike Warranty Issues, please provide the following proof.
1. Customer purchase sheet. There should include the purchase date, amount, customer name, bike model etc.
2. Bike serial number. Check here
3. Pictures or videos of the defective parts. If the display, motor, or battery, controller, has issues, also provide the label to us.
